Instructions and Guidelines

Kindly go through the following Instructions and Guideline points before proceeding to register yourself:

• “Online BKJ Global Quiz - 2023 is a Computer based online test conducted by Bharat Vikas Parishad”
• Online registration for all the contestants participating in the Online Bharat Ko Jano Global Quiz is mandatory.
• Please mention your correct details with mobile number & Email Id on the Registration Form, so that SMS alert for receipt of your Form, Exam password, Exam Schedules, results and content related information can be send to you in time.
• Carefully go through the General Rules and FAQ Page before participating in the online Quiz.
• Once you are through with filling up the form, please check the same before clicking on the Submit button.After Submission of your form, asuccessful registration massage will be generated.
• For any correction/amendments in the form submitted by you, please inform us by writing E-mail on onlinebkjbvp@gmail.com. But kindly note that only one opportunity shall be given for correction of data.
• For all future communication with Bharat Vikas Parishad on the matters of ‘Online Bharat Ko Jano Global Quiz’, kindly inform us through E-mail on onlinebkjbvp@gmail.com.
• The online registration window will remain open as per the notifications. The date of online test will be informed through notification/message once the registration is closed.
• Examination dates shall be informed in due course. Exam schedule will be notified to the students in due course prior to the Exam.
• Winning Candidates shall be required to send their proper quality Passport size photographs with complete postal address for certificate.

Rules and Regulations

• The Online BKJ Global Quiz - 2023 is being organized by the Bharat Vikas Parishad, New Delhi under three categories :-
  a. College Students
  b. Overseas Participants
  c. Others i) BVP Members, ii) Non-BVP Members (all Indian Residents)
• Participation is open to all, who are16 years and above as on 1st December 2023. This shall be deemed to include all persons born not after 1st November 2006.
• Any person/ entity associated directly with this Quiz is not eligible to participate in the Online BKJ Global Quiz.
• In case of student category participation, he/she must be a registered student in any recognized college course.
  a. The Student Participants must have been enrolled as an Undergraduate, Post-Graduate, Diploma or PhD student in any recognized college at the time of appearing in the Online BKJ Global Quiz.
  b. The participants may be asked for an ID proof/identity proof if they enroll as college student.
• The Overseas participants may be asked to produce their Overseas Credentials.
• There will be 60 MCQ questions to be answered in 15 minutes.
• The duration of online test will be 15 minutes. The participant can open the link 15 minutes before the commencement of the Online test.
• There will be no negative marking in the Online test.
• In case of a Tie, (i.e. where two or more contestants have the same scores) the TIME OF SUBMISSION OF THE QUIZ ANSWERS shall be taken into consideration..
  a. That means, the contestant who submits the quiz at the earliest, shall be considered as the winner among the Tie Cases.
  b. In a rare situation, if there is still a Tie between the contestants, their Date of Birth shall be taken into consideration and the younger participant shall be declared the winner.
• The prizes and certificates as mentioned on the website and other places shall be given to the winners as per the programmed to be notified.
• The registered participants shall use their own Computer system/Mobile in their city of registration with their own seamless broadband connection. Kindly note, as it is a computer based programme, organizers/BVP shall not be responsible for any problems caused to the contestants due to technical reasons, in attempting or submitting the quiz.
• The Online Quiz will not be limited to any book on the subject. There is no fixed ‘syllabus’ for this online Test. Participants should refer to all the sources of information to prepare for the Quiz. Anything and everything related to or concerning India and the Indians can be asked.
• Books, Notes, any written material, Mobile Phone, Bluetooth, Smart watch, Calculator etc. or any other devices should not be used in the online examination.
• In case the identity of the contestant is found to be false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified from participating in the Quiz. If he/she has won any prizes, such prizes will be withdrawn.
• Any recourse to unfair means will render the participants liable for his/her exclusion from the quiz forthwith.
• Participation in this Quiz is voluntary.
• The decision of the organizers would be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Online Bharat Ko Jano Global Quiz.
• Bharat VikasParishad, New Delhi reserves the right to make any changes to the event, its format, schedule, rules and all other matters related to this event at any stage before or during the event.
• For any query, the participants are advised to contact the BVP representative in the concerned city.
